It’s harder to keep up with documenting our food than being vegetarian! No wonder we’re not a blogger or vlogger. I have the biggest respect for content creators. It’s not easy staying consistent and disciplined to post everyday, and all I post is just basic stuff, let alone creative content like theirs!
Since we’re way behind, and I don’t even remember what food we had on what day and am too tired to try to even sort out the pictures we remembered to take, I’m just going to include the ones we have altogether.

My bland but comfort breakfast: oatmeal with chia seeds.

This was a mocktail! We went out for dinner at Seabirds Kitchen, which was pretty good.

I liked this pesto pasta but probably would’ve enjoyed it better without those crumb bits.

This vegan burger could replace In & Out for me.

Made a quick dinner the other day; unfortunately, the Japanese sauce I used might have contained bits of ground pork, which we removed one by one and only went for the tofu.

Last but not least, one of my most favorites stir-fried veggies.
