Holly cow! It’s been over a week since we last recorded our meals. Time flies when we’re busy. I was away for a three-day work event and thought it was gonna be hard to stick to vegetarian diet since such event usually consists of lots of meaty food, but it was actually not that hard for me to do, surprisingly!
Anyway, while I was away, M’s meals consisted of some veggies, tofu, flat bread with artichoke dip, and edamame. Then we eat out over the weekend. Today we came across this Chinese vegan restaurant called “House of Fortune” while I was searching for vegetarian food near where we were. The dishes we ordered all hit the spot. The claypot eggplant tofu was sooo good! It reminded me of my favorite vegetarian restaurant in Cambodia, which also served the best claypot eggplant tofu.

The veggie mushu pork was also delicious. I don’t remember ever liking the wood-ear mushrooms, but now I’m almost obsessed! Definitely will order it again.

This veggie pickled radish pork noodle was good but not my favorite. I probably wouldn’t order it again. I imagine if they had it similar to the Din Tai Fung’s spicy noodle, I would definitely go for it.

All in all, what a great meal! Our bellies were well fed 🙂
